Returns Policy

At Lux Vintage, we take great care in sourcing and curating authentic vintage and pre-owned designer pieces. Every item is individually inspected and accurately described, with any signs of wear or age clearly detailed and photographed where possible.

As vintage items are unique, we encourage customers to read each product description carefully before making a purchase.

Your Right to Return

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise your right to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Returned in the same condition in which they were received
Unworn beyond reasonable inspection and free from any new marks, stains, damage, or alterations
Shoes must have been tried on indoors only
All original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, tags, and accessories (where applicable) must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our vintage collection, we are unable to offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Lux Vintage cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being returned to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luxvintage.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

All items sold by Lux Vintage are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

Due to their age and previous ownership, items may display minor signs of wear that reflect their history and character. Any noticeable imperfections will always be clearly described and photographed within the product listing.
