Welcome to Lux Vintage. These terms apply to purchases made through the Lux Vintage website.
About Lux Vintage
Lux Vintage is an independent vintage designer fashion boutique specialising in authentic pre-owned and vintage designer footwear and fashion.
Each item is individually selected, carefully assessed and photographed before being offered for sale.
Product descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and condition details are accurate.
Vintage and pre-owned pieces may naturally show signs of age, previous use and patina. Any notable wear or imperfections will be disclosed in the product description and/or photographs wherever reasonably possible.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Authenticity
Lux Vintage takes authenticity seriously. Items are carefully assessed before being offered for sale.
Where applicable, authenticity documentation or additional information may be supplied with an item.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Prices and availability may change without notice. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Orders & payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item.
An order confirmation will be sent after your order has been received. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted.
If Lux Vintage is unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery
Complimentary tracked UK delivery is included unless otherwise stated.

Vintage & pre-owned items
All Lux Vintage pieces are vintage and/or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
Natural signs of age, wear and patina are characteristic of vintage fashion. These are not considered faults where they have been accurately described and/or shown in the product photographs.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK consumer law.
