Returns & Refunds

At Lux Vintage, we want you to love your purchase. Every piece is vintage and/or pre-owned and is individually photographed and described so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Your right to cancel

When purchasing online as a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us at hello@luxvintage.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

Condition of returns

Returned items should be unworn and returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all Lux Vintage packaging, authenticity documentation and accessories supplied with the order, where applicable.

You may handle an item as you would reasonably be able to in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been diminished, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.

As our pieces are vintage and pre-owned, natural signs of age, wear and patina that have been accurately disclosed in the product description or photographs are not considered faults.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Lux Vintage.

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or materially not as described, please contact us at hello@luxvintage.co.uk so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, we will process your refund without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery originally paid. As Lux Vintage currently offers complimentary standard tracked UK delivery, there will normally be no original delivery charge to refund.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
