Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination. While we aim to ensure your order arrives promptly, courier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@luxvintage.co.uk and we will assist you.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Lux Vintage cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery costs may apply.
