At Lux Vintage, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the safe delivery of your purchase. Every item in our collection is carefully selected, inspected, and packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in the condition described.

Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of payment being received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted, fully tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days after dispatch. While we aim to meet these timescales, occasional delays outside of our control may occur.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated during checkout.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer. Lux Vintage has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

Returns

At Lux Vintage, we specialise in authentic vintage and pre-owned designer fashion. Every item is individually inspected, and any signs of wear or age are clearly described and photographed where possible.

As each piece is unique, we encourage customers to review the product description and photographs carefully before purchasing.

Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the details below. Once your return has been authorised, you must return the item within a further 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

Be returned in the same condition in which it was received
Be free from any new marks, damage, odours, or alterations
Not have been worn beyond reasonable inspection
Include all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, tags, and accessories (where applicable)
Have shoes tried on indoors only

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Lux Vintage cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund once it has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Lux Vintage are authentic vintage or pre-owned designer pieces.

Due to their age and previous ownership, minor signs of wear should be expected and are considered part of each item's unique character. Any noticeable imperfections will always be clearly described and photographed within the product listing to help you make an informed purchase.
